TransferMed recruits new members on a quarterly basis at the beginning of each academic term. Our recruitment process includes an info session and a written application. We also consider demonstrated interest when reviewing applications. 

For Fall 2025, applications will open during Week 1 of the quarter, with priority applications due by Friday of Week 2. We encourage early submissions, as priority applicants receive first consideration for membership. Full details, including info session dates, will be released at the start of the quarter. In order to be an active member of TransferMed, one must fulfill the following requirements:

• Attend all general meetings

• Participate in at least two (2) club-organized outreach events

• Attend at least one (1) club-sponsored social event
