TransferMed recruits new members on a quarterly basis at the beginning of each academic term. Our recruitment process includes an info session and a written application. We also consider demonstrated interest when reviewing applications. 

Fall 2025 Application Timeline:
Monday, September 29th @ 8:00 am  - Application Opens
Thursday, October 2nd @ 6:00 pm - Informational Meeting in MathSci 5417
Friday, October 10th @ 11:59 pm - Priority Application Deadline ends

In order to be an active member of TransferMed, one must fulfill the following requirements:

• Attend all general meetings

• Participate in at least two (2) club-organized outreach events

• Attend at least one (1) club-sponsored social event
